Our physiotherapist offers screening and retraining for those who want to improve their running, prevent injuries or get on top of niggles.
Using technology such as video analysis with slow motion and freeze frame replay, we can assess your running form and reassess the effect of any training such as running drills.
We also assess your posture / alignment, flexibility, strength & core stability; to take you through your key areas for improvement. A follow up is required to cover all the areas and to check on progress.
