Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of our service: 

   We require prompt attendance for appointments.

   If you're unable to attend, a minimum of 24hours notice is required so that we can reallocate the appointment; otherwise a cancellation charge will be incurred.

   If you have private health insurance, please provide us with the details as soon as possible. If there is a problem with settlement, payment is your responsibility.

   If you're self-funding treatment, payments should be made at each appointment. Payments held on account will incur an administration charge.

   As part of our service, we send reminder emails the day before your appointment. Please email us if you wish to opt out of this free service.
