Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of our service: 

   We require prompt attendance for appointments.

   If you're unable to attend, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required so that we can reallocate the appointment; otherwise a cancellation charge will be incurred.

   Invoices are made out to patients and are payable each session.  

   If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim back your fees through submission of the paid invoice. We advise that you check this with your provider beforehand. 

   As part of our service, we send reminder emails the day before your appointment. Please email us if you wish to opt out of this free service.
